Our heartiest congratulations to the graduating students from Xubin Zeng's research group!
Students from Xubin Zeng's research group have been celebrating this week because six of them will be joining the Commencement Procession on Friday, May 15, as it makes its way into Arizona Stadium!

Members of his group who will receive Bachelor of Science diplomas include Annalisa Minke (HAS-EHY) and Luke Garman (Physics); both will continue in the department's Accelerated Master of Science programs.
Sam Dahl will receive a Master of Science degree as he completes the Accelerated Master of Science program in Hydrology.
Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Atmospheric Sciences will be granted to Lauren Cutler, Brandon Mitchell, and Yike Xu.
Last week, members of his entire research group celebrated with the soon-to-be graduates at a party hosted on campus.

We asked what exciting opportunities were in store for these new degree holders:
- Dr. Yike Xu will work for a start-up company in New York
- Dr. Lauren Cutler will begin a postdoctoral fellowship with the Department of Defense
- Dr. Brandon Mitchell is interviewing for a government contractor position
- Sam Dahl will join a new PHD Hydrology program in Australia
- Annalisa Minke and Luke Garman will enter the Accelerated Master of Science programs (Hydrology, Atmospheric Sciences) here in the department, Annalisa in Fall 2025 and Luke in Fall 2026.
