UArizona Water Resources Ranked Number 2 in US by U.S. News & World Report

The U.S. News & World Report has just published their annual academic rankings, and UArizona was ranked number 2 in the U.S. in the field of water resources! 

UArizona's water resources program ranked 29th globally and its meteorology and atmospheric sciences program ranked 47th globally. 

Congratulations to the HAS community and all water resources and atmospheric sciences colleagues across campus whose work directly impacted these rankings. 

The Department of Hydrology and Atmospheric Sciences faculty, students, and staff share this honor with not only our Joint Faculty colleagues, but also others at the university who work tirelessly to increase our comprehensive knowledge of water resources, atmospheric sciences, and Earth systems.
