2018 Panel Session on Career Paths

Join HAS students and invited guests for a panel discussion related to career paths and choices made by hydrologists and atmospheric scientists. There are no oral or poster sessions during the panel, so everyone is encouraged to participate. This year's panel discussion will focus on the career paths and choices made by our featured guests:

  • Thomas Galarneau, HAS Assistant Professor, and Panel Moderator
  • Lt. Col. Stephen Maile, Commander 25th Operational Weather Squadron, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base
  • Mekha Pereira, recent HAS Alumna (Bachelor of Science in Environmental Hydrology & Water Resources, Fall 2017)
  • Margaret Snyder, Tucson Water, Program Manager for Project Clear Water
  • Amber Sullins, HAS Alumna (Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences with minors in Math and Journalism) and ABC 15 News Phoenix Chief Meteorologist
